Papa Johns is committed to providing our customers with the best
possible experience. We endeavor to ensure your satisfaction with the
Papa Pass Cards. However, once Papa Pass Cards have been relinquished to
the fudraiser representative, either through drop-off or handover, we
regret to inform you that refunds cannot be provided.
In the event that a fundraiser representative collects funds from
customers and the representative does not provide Papa Johns with the
funds or loses the funds, Papa Johns will not be responsible for issuing
refunds.
Reasons for Non-Refundability:
• Papa Johns does not have control over the actions of individual
fundraiser representatives.
• Papa Johns does not have access to the funds collected by fundraiser
representatives.
• Papa Johns cannot guarantee that all funds collected by fundraiser
representatives will be used for the intended purpose.
We recommend that customers take the following steps to protect
themselves from fraud:
Only purchase Papa Pass cards from trusted fundraiser representatives.
Get a receipt for your purchase.
Keep a record of all communications with the fundraiser representative.

Reporting Fraud:
If you believe you have been the victim of fraud, you must contact the
police and file a report. Papa Johns cannot offer refunds or take any
action regarding fraudulent activity. However, you can report the event
to Papa Johns to help prevent it from happening in the future.
